MIRAGE
SMOKES & FLASHES FOR MIRAGE
CT SMOKE FROM T SPAWN
Mirage is one of the most played maps in CS:GO and knowing the smokes for this map is essential. The CT smoke thrown from T spawn is one of the most basic but also important nades of the game. It removes the visibility from any CT player holding A site and ramp from CT spawn or the ticket booth. The smoke leaves no gaps or holes for the CT players holding that area.
To throw this smoke you need a jump throw bind.
JUNGLE SMOKE FROM T SPAWN
When executing A site as the terrorist team there are 3 basic smokes that you need to know. There’s the CT smoke as shown above and then there is the jungle smoke and stairs smoke. There are no jumps or movement need for this smoke and therefore it works on both 128 tick and 64 tick servers.

STAIRS SMOKE FROM T SPAWN
The stairs smoke is the easiest of all these 3 basic smokes (Jungle, CT, Stairs). The landing area and the lineup make this smoke almost impossible to miss. There is no jumping or movement needed for this smoke, therefore it works on both 128 tick 64 tick servers.

RAMP ONEWAY SMOKE
This smoke is for all you cheeky players who seek new and creative ways to challenge your opponents. This is a oneway smoke on the T ramp leading up to A site. With this smoke, you can have a small peek into A site without being visible by the enemy. The smoke works on both 64 tick and 128 tick servers.

CT SMOKE FROM JUNGLE
This will smoke of CT spawn just like the first video, but this smoke is thrown from the Jungle spot. This smoke can be useful for both teams on this map. For the T’s it can be used if you lurking from connector or window and need to take over A site. It is also a great smoke to know for when you are retaking A site as a CT player. The smoke can be used on both 124 tick and 64 tick servers.

TOP MID SMOKE FROM T SPAWN
The top mid smoke from T-spawn is as easy to hit as the stairs smoke on A. The smoke is useful as it will block the CT’s view off the top mid area and can lead your team to cross out mid boxes. It can be thrown within 3 seconds after the round has started to create a fast execute towards mid. It works on both 128tick and 64tick servers.

WINDOW SMOKE FROM T SPAWN
If you can use this smoke in a server you will be the unsung hero of your match. This creates another layer to a mid takeover along with the top mid smoke. It smokes off the window area so the CTs can’t hold the most powerful position in mid. It can be a bit tricky to hit. You need to crouch slowly forward and use a jump throw bind at the right lineup. This smoke only works on 128tick servers.

WINDOW ONEWAY SMOKE
Oneway smokes are a great trick to surprise your enemies but don’t use it every round as the enemy team will figure it out eventually. This oneway smoke is for the window spot on the CT side. It creates a small gap in the bottom right corner of the window. It works on both 128tick and 64tick servers.

1ST ARCH SMOKE FROM B APPS
The first 3 basic smokes shown at the start of the page are known by most players but few players can make a full B execute on Mirage. This smokes blocks off vision from players holding from the 1st arch on B site. The smoke is thrown from B apps and can be used on both 64tick and 128tick servers.

2ND ARCH SMOKE FROM B APPS
This works like the smoke above but blocks of the 2nd arch area. Combined with the 1st arch smoke this will remove all visibility from players holding B site from short. This also works on both 64tick and 128tick servers.

KITCHEN / MARKET WINDOW SMOKE FROM B APPS
With this lineup, you can smoke off the window in the kitchen/market from B apps. This smoke makes it possible for you and your team to run through b apps without being visible from the kitchen. The window in the kitchen is a common spot for AWP’ers to hold. It only works on 128tick servers as you need a jump throw bind.

BENCH SMOKE FROM B APPS
This is another great smoke for when executing B site as a T-player as it covers the bench and jail area from any holding players in that position. It is thrown from B apps and only works on 128tick servers.

SHADOW MOLLY FROM A PALACE
This can be a bit tricky to pull off the first couple of times you try it. The Molotov is very useful as it burns the entire shadow area from Palace. It works on both 64tick and 128tick servers.

WINDOW POPFLASH
This is a simple but useful popflash that will blind any player in the mid area looking towards the window. It works on both 64tick and 128tick servers.

SHADOW POPFLASH
As a CT player holding A site can be tough especially when you hear the footsteps getting louder from your enemies entering from the ramp. This popflash will catch your opponents off guard and will blind any player in the Tetris and ramp area. It works on both 64tick and 128tick servers.

This popflash is thrown from the balcony above shadow and will help you enter A Palace with style. It works on both 128tick and 64tick servers.

A SITE FLASH FROM CT
A nifty flash for when you need to retake A site from CT spawn. It blinds almost all of A site and is easy to execute. It works on both 64tick and 128tick servers.
